The maintainer identified Lapiny LLC, based in New York, as the operator in P-071. The operator must obtain appropriate review before publication. This application-facing draft is based on the accepted membership/safety baseline; it does not invent a new membership entitlement, approve final member-service rules, or authorize real collection.
Be an adult and represent yourself honestly
Apply only if you are at least 18, are in the supported NYC market, and seek respectful dating connections with adults. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your age, identity, location or relationship intent. An optional invitation never excuses a false or unsafe application.
Different genders, orientations, relationship intentions, bodies, abilities and levels of activity are welcome within these requirements. Admissions are not an athletic competition or a judgment of attractiveness, social status or wealth.
Respect people and their privacy
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, hate, unlawfully discriminate against, exploit or coerce anyone. Do not send non-consensual sexual material, spam, solicit, recruit, or use Lapiny primarily for non-dating commercial purposes.
Do not submit someone else's private information without permission, distribute private Lapiny application/profile/message content without permission, or attempt to access an application that is not yours. Do not evade blocks, suspensions, exclusions or verification controls. Do not abuse invitations or application limits.
Submit appropriate photos
Submit two recent photos of yourself that you have permission to use. The photos are for private authenticity and readiness review, not aesthetic scoring.
Do not submit:
- Identifiable minors.
- Nudity, sexual content or non-consensual intimate content.
- Contact information, social handles or someone else's identifying information.
- Memes, screenshots, deceptive synthetic images, or filters that materially hide your identity.
- Content that threatens, exploits or violates another person's privacy or rights.
Do not infer from successful upload/normalization that a photo has passed human safety review or is approved for publication. Application photos are not published under this collection release. A future member profile has its separately required photo and review rules.
Review and safety concerns
The approved initial review scope records waiting or escalation; this draft does not establish that collection is open or review coverage is ready. Unclear information may need review; it is not automatically misconduct. The founder must use the scoring-free requirements and never reject someone solely for capacity, body type, wealth, follower count or athletic output.
Serious age, fraud or safety concerns may require restricted access and proportionate escalation under the approved procedure. The operator must verify and document the reason; these rules do not authorize public shaming or unrestricted retention of private evidence. Final outcomes and appeals need their separate secure workflow.
