Terms of Service
This is the complete policy draft, not an approved collection agreement. Real collection remains closed. The maintainer has identified the operator as Lapiny LLC, based in New York; legal review and the remaining policy and operational requirements are still outstanding.
The initial 90-day completed-application limit, seven-day backup limit, private manual photo review, and waitlist/escalation-only opening have received scoped approval. That does not approve this draft’s other provisions or establish that collection is live.

The maintainer supplied the operator identity in P-071. The operator must still resolve applicable public notice-address requirements and obtain appropriate review of these intake-only terms, privacy and rules. This is proposed public text, not a claim that a contract or production release has been approved. No jurisdiction, arbitration, liability waiver or statutory-rights restriction is invented here.
Operator and scope
The application service is operated by Lapiny LLC, based in New York. Contact lapiny.app@gmail.com about the application service.
These terms cover submitting a private application and its review. Applying does not create a member account, guarantee admission, activate dating services, charge you, or issue invitations. Any later membership requires its own applicable onboarding, safety, cohort, entitlement and terms steps.
Who may apply
You must be at least 18, seek adult dating connections, and be in the supported New York City market. All five boroughs are included. There is no product-defined upper age limit. Lapiny supports inclusive gender identities, orientations and relationship intentions that can be represented safely and respectfully.
Anyone meeting these requirements may apply while collection is open. An invitation is optional and only gives review priority; it never changes the admission standard or guarantees acceptance. Temporary intake pauses may be needed for review capacity, safety, security or maintenance and do not imply a judgment about an applicant.
Accurate and permitted submissions
Provide accurate information and two recent photos you have permission to submit. Do not misrepresent age, identity, location or adult dating intent. Do not submit identifiable minors, prohibited sexual content, another person's private information without permission, or deceptive application materials. Follow the member-rules draft.
The complete application includes the required eligibility, contact, neighborhood, gender/preference, intention/style, self-declared activity, photo, answer and agreement fields. Instagram and invitations remain optional. The short answer is limited to 300 characters. No TikTok, run-club membership, athletic performance, phone/selfie verification or full dating profile is required for this application.
You retain your rights in submitted content. You give the operator the limited permission needed to receive, store, normalize and privately review that content for the stated application purposes, subject to the privacy notice and deletion policy. This is not permission to publish your application, train models on your photos, advertise with your likeness or retain the content indefinitely.
Original session and submission
The proposed original session lasts 30 minutes and cannot be renewed. Keep the page open while completing the form. Unsent entries remain only in page memory; leaving or reloading does not recover a draft.
Your email is unverified contact information, not account identity. We do not provide email-based access, recovery, linking or automatic merging. A new session using the same address is separate and cannot access an older application.
A successful submission receives an on-screen receipt and waits for private review. No confirmation or automated outcome email, admission result, review deadline, membership or payment is promised. If a network failure leaves the result uncertain, use the existing session's status check or identical submission retry; do not treat the absence of a response as proof that nothing was saved.
Review and fair treatment
Founders review requirements without attractiveness, body, wealth, social-following or athletic scores. An incomplete or unclear finding requires waiting or escalation, not automatic rejection. Capacity creates a wait state, never a misconduct reason.
The approved initial review scope records waiting and escalation only; this draft does not establish that the service is open. That scope does not communicate a final rejection, begin an appeal deadline, release a cohort or activate a member. Before enabling final outcomes, the operator must implement the separately approved secure notice and factual-error appeal procedure. The accepted appeal policy is not waived by the absence of that workflow.
Access, deletion and requests
While the original session is valid, use its private export/deletion controls. Signing out ends access but does not delete a submitted application. Losing the session does not create email recovery. A deletion acknowledgement ends access but does not claim that every backup is already physically erased.
The privacy draft sets out the approved 90-day completed application limit, earlier authorized deletion, seven-day application/database backups and minimal audit proposals. A separately approved exception permits Render-managed encrypted snapshots of an internal ID-only deletion journal to remain longer than seven days without a published maximum; it excludes application fields, photos, emails and credentials. The live journal's retention and other proposed periods require separate approval, and all enforcement requires verification before launch. For a request after session expiry, contact lapiny.app@gmail.com without sending IDs, private photos or credentials in the initial email. The operator must verify ownership under its approved procedure; email assertions alone cannot authorize disclosure or erasure. Applicable privacy rights are not waived by these terms.
Safety and service changes
The operator may restrict access to protect against fraud, unauthorized access or credible safety concerns, using proportionate and documented action. No promise is made that identity claims or photo checks are impossible to evade. Application intake is not an emergency-response service.
Changes to required fields, permitted use or public policies must be versioned, reviewed and disclosed accurately. The operator must obtain any acknowledgement required for a material change instead of treating a prior submission as blanket consent. These draft terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit the operator to waive.
